Service Agreement

By engaging Prestige Restoration Inc for services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All work will be performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Insurance deductibles are due at time of service
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from completion date. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by subsequent events.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all work performed.

Property Access

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for completion of work. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.

Changes to Work

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
