Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Prestige Restoration Inc, we stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of project completion.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of project completion
  • Work must not meet industry standards or contract specifications
  • Issue must not be due to normal wear and tear or subsequent damage
  • Client must provide reasonable opportunity for us to correct any deficiencies

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us in writing at contact@prestige-restoration.com
  2. Provide detailed description of the issue
  3. Allow us opportunity to inspect and remedy the situation
  4. If resolution cannot be reached, refund will be processed within 14 business days

Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the work is unsatisfactory, partial refunds may be issued based on the specific work that does not meet standards.

Emergency Services

Emergency mitigation services (water extraction, board-up, etc.) are generally not eligible for refund as they provide immediate protection to prevent further damage.

Insurance Claims

For insurance-funded projects, refunds may be subject to insurance company approval and may require coordination with your insurance adjuster.
