30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Prestige Restoration Inc, we stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of project completion.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Request must be made within 30 days of project completion
- Work must not meet industry standards or contract specifications
- Issue must not be due to normal wear and tear or subsequent damage
- Client must provide reasonable opportunity for us to correct any deficiencies
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us in writing at contact@prestige-restoration.com
- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Allow us opportunity to inspect and remedy the situation
- If resolution cannot be reached, refund will be processed within 14 business days
Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the work is unsatisfactory, partial refunds may be issued based on the specific work that does not meet standards.
Emergency Services
Emergency mitigation services (water extraction, board-up, etc.) are generally not eligible for refund as they provide immediate protection to prevent further damage.
Insurance Claims
For insurance-funded projects, refunds may be subject to insurance company approval and may require coordination with your insurance adjuster.
